إدارة الرقابة على نشاط التأمين
Résumé: عند تحرير قطاع التأمين أوكل المشرع الجزائري مهمة رقابة هذا النشاط إلى الوزير المكلف بالمالية, فأصبحت إدارة الرقابة حكم وطرف في نفس الوقت وهذا أضعف نوعية الرقابة,لهذا استحدث المشرع الجزائري هيئة جديدة وهي لجنة الإشراف على التأمينات . لكن رغم هذا بقيت هذه الأخيرة محتكرة من قبل الوزير المكلف بالمالية,فأصبحت مهمة الرقابة مقسمة بشكل غير متساوي بينه وبين لجنة الإشراف على التأمينات,مما أدى إلى رقابة غير فعالة وبالتالي تدهور قطاع التأمين في الجزائر. In the liberation of the insurance sector, the Algerian legislator entrusted the task of monitoring this activity to the minister in charge of finance , the supervision department became a referee and a party at the same time, this is the weakest quality of supervision. Despite this, the latter remained monopolized by the minister in charge finance, the supervisory function became unequally divided between him and the insurance supervisory committed, which led to ineffective censorship and thus the deterioration of the insurance sector in Algeria.
