دور الرقابة الإدارية في الحد من مظاهر التسيب الوظيفي

Résumé: ملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة ظاهرة الرقابة الإدارية و دورها في الحد من التسيب الوظيفي ،تم إجراء الدراسة الميدانية لعينة من موظفي مديرية أملاك الدولة لولاية المدية ، وقد انطلقت من تساؤل رئيسي مفاده إلى أي حد تساهم الرقابة الإدارية في الحد من مظاهر التسيب الوظيفي للعاملين ؟ ولقد حاولنا الإجابة عنه من خلال صياغة الفرضية العامة التالية: تساهم الرقابة الإدارية بشكل كبير في الحد من مظاهر التسيب الوظيفي للعاملين. وقد برمجت هذه الدراسة خطة متبعة على قسمين جانب نظري وميداني،النظري تضمن ثلاث فصول أما الميداني قمنا بمسح شامل لكافة الموظفين حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من 51 موظف،اعتمدنا على الاستمارة وعلى المنهج الوصفي،وحسب الفرضية: تبين أنه كلما كانت هناك إجراءات و قوانين لتهيئة ظروف العمل كلما أدى ذلك انضباط الموظف وعدم اغترابه والحد من التسيب الوظيفي ، ويساهم على إخراج طاقاتهم لسير العمل . Abstract: This study dealt with the phenomenon of administrative control and its rol in reducing job abandonment A field study was conducted for a sample of employees of the state property Directorate in the state of Medea. A major question is:What extent administrative control contributes to reducing the manifestation of job abandonment for employees?We have tried to answer it by formulating the following hypothese :Administrative control contributes to the manifestation of job abandonment for employees,This study was programmed into two parts,a theoretical aspect includes:three chapters as for the field,we conducted a comprehensive survery of all employees consisted of 51.we relied one the questionnaire and the descriptive approach, From the above,it became clearto us that admintrative control has a role in reducing the manifestation of gry hair in peoples careers employees of the state property directorate of Medea state.
