المنظومـــة التربوية في الجزائر: بين رهان التغييـــر وتحديات التغريـــــب

Résumé: تشهد المدرسة الجزائرية عدة تحولات وتغيــرات، كما يُلاحَــــظ في الواقع جملة من المؤشرات تنبّـــئ على وضع غير مريح تعيشه كــانتشار العنف المدرسي، التسرب المدرسي، الفشل المدرسي.. وغيرها من المظاهر ذات الصلة رغم التغييرات التي أدخلتها الجزائر عبر اصلاحات تربوية شاملة. بناء عليه، قـــٌــــــدَّمت هذه الورقــة العلمية لتبحث في الاصلاحات التربوية التي اعتمدتها الجزائر بــدءا بـمدخل مفاهيمي لمعنى التربية، التعليم، الإصلاح التربوي، والعولمة، ومن ثمة تسليط الضوء على أهم القواعد الأساسية لفلسفة التربية الحديثة وتحليل عام ومقارنة بين فلسفة التربية التقليدية والفلسفة التي تقوم عليها التربية المعاصرة بضرورة اعطاء الأهمية الرئيسية للمتعلم لأن يكون محور العملية التعليمية التعلمية، وتشخيص راهــن التربية والتعليم في الجزائر من خلال قراءة تحليلية للانتقال الذي شهدته المنظومة بين المقاربات الثلاث: المقاربة بالمحتويات، المقاربة بالأهداف، وصولا إلى نموذج المقاربة بالكـفــــــاءات وتحدياتها الآنية والمستقبلية. The Algerian school is witnessing several transformations and changes, as one can actually see a number of indicators that express an uncomfortable situation in which it is living, such as the spread of school violence, school dropouts, school failure ... and other related aspects despite the changes that Algeria introduced through comprehensive educational reforms. Accordingly, this scientific paper came to discuss the educational reforms adopted by Algeria starting with a conceptual introduction to the meaning of education, education, educational reform, and globalization, and from there shed light on the most important basic principles of modern education philosophy, and a general analysis and comparison between the philosophy of traditional education and the philosophy on which it is based Contemporary education in the need to give the main importance to the learner to be the focus of the educational-learning process, and to diagnose the current education and education in Algeria through an analytical reading of the transition that the system witnessed between the three approaches Represented in: the approach to the contents, the approach to the goals, to the model approach to competencies and their current and future challenges.
