فعل التصور العقلي في تحسين الأداء المهاري لدى لاعبات كرة اليد
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير التصور العقلي على الأداء المهاري لدى لاعبات كرة اليد حيث أن الدراسة كانت ستقوم على برنامج تدريبي في الصور العقلي وأخد اختبارات قلبية وبعدية على الفريق ولكن في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19 اكتفينا بأخذ مقياس من إعداد رينر مارتنز وأعاد صورته العربية أسامة كامل راتب الذي يقيس لنا الأداء المهاري للاعبات تم اختيار عينتنا في هذه الحالة بطريقة قصدية بلغت 15 لاعبة وكان المنهج وصفي ثم إرسال المقياس إلكترونيا كيفنا أسئلة المقياس على 3 مهارات كنا قد اخترناها وبعد استخدا م الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة توصلنا إلى الاستنتاجات التالية 1يساهم التصور العقلي في تحسين مهارة التنطيط لمسافة 30 م خط متعرج لدى لاعبات كرة اليد 2 يساهم التصور العقلي في تحسين مهارة التمرير من الجري ذها ب فقط لليمين واليسار لدى لاعبات كرة اليد 3يساهم التصور العقلي في تحسين مهارة التصويب 10 كرات بعد الخداع لدى لاعبات كرة اليد 4يساهم التصور العقلي في تحسين الأداء المهاري للاعبات كرة اليد Summary of the study The effect of mental visualization on improving the performance of female handball players A field study on the Amal Ben Badis team in Biskra ARB class for the 2020 2021 sports season The study aims to Know the effect of mental visualization on the performance of handball players While the study would have been based on a photo mental training program and would have undergone cardiac and post team tests But under the COVID 19 pandemic we simply took a measure of Rainer Martens and restored his Arab image Osama Kamel Payah which measures the skilled performance of the players In this case our sample was selected in a targeted manner 15 players the program was descriptive then the scale was sent electronically we did the questions on the scale on 3 skills that we had chosen Using appropriate statistical means we came to the following conclusions 1 Mental perception contributes to improving the skills of Tanzanian women s 30 metre handwriting 2 Mental perception contributes to improved running skills just going to the right and left of female handball players 3 Mental perception contributes to improving the skill of shooting 10 balls after tricking female handball players 4 Mental perception contributes to improving the skill performance of female handball players
