رأس المال الاجتماعي و دوره في تحقيق التنمية من منظور مالك بن نبي

Résumé: الإنسان هو موضوع التنمية وأداتها في نفس الوقت، حيث تنطلق منه وتعود إليه، والتنمية في أقصى غاياتها الإنسانية هي بناء حضارة، تعددت مقاربات تحليلها واختلفت في كل محطة تاريخية. ويعد الفيلسوف مالك بن نبي من رواد فكر النهضة والإصلاح، عايش مشكلة التخلف في العالم الإسلامي والصراع الفكري في البلاد المستعمرة حيث سخر كل اجتهاداته لمعالجة مشكلات الحضارة، انطلاقا من بناء شبكة العلاقات الاجتماعية كشرط أساسي لإعطاء الفعل الاجتماعي الفعالية اللازمة التي افتقدها منذ ما بعد الموحدين، ومنه نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى مناقشة موضوع رأس المال الاجتماعي ودوره في تحقيق التنمية من منظور مالك بن نبي، معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وعلى المقاربة النظمية، بهدف إثبات أن عملية التنمية ليست عملية مادية صرفة، بل هي في جوهرها قيمة اجتماعية. The human being is the maker of development, starting from him and returning to him, and development in its utmost human purpose is a “civilization.” The approaches to its analysis varied and differed in each historical station. The philosopher Malek Bennabi is considered one of the pioneers of the thought of renaissance and reform, who lived the problem of underdevelopment in the Islamic world and the intellectual conflict in the colonial countries, which made his approaches start from the individual as the axis of civilization to the network of social relations as the core of history, we aim through this article to discuss the issue of social capital and its role in achieving development from the perspective of Malek Bennabi, relying on the descriptive analytical method and the systemic approach, with the aim of proving that the development process is not a purely material process, but rather is in essence a social value.
