ظاهرة التخلف ومسألة التنمية: دراسة في ضوء فكر مالك بن نبي

Résumé: يهدف البحث في ظاهرة التخلف ومسألة التنمية في ضوء فكر مالك بن نبي إلى التوقف عند أهم ما جادت به قريحة مالك بن نبي في إطار الفكر التنموي الإسلامي، حيث انطلق المفكر مالك بن نبي في تناوله لظاهرة التخلف من معالجته مشكلات العالم الإسلامي في سياق "مشكلات الحضارة"، والتي ربطها أساسا بعامل الاستعمار، كما يهدف إلى توضيح تصور المفكر مالك بن نبي لظاهرة التخلف وطبيعته وأشكاله وأسبابه، وكذلك فحص نظريته حول التنمية من خلال كتابه "شروط النهضة" الذي اقترح فيه عدة بدائل للخروج من حلقة التخلف. The aim of the research in the phenomenon of underdevelopment, the issue of development in the light of Malek Bin Nabi thought to stop at the most important by talent Malek Bin Nabi in the framework of the Islamic development thinking, where Malek Bin Nabi thinker in addressing the phenomenon of underdevelopment, addressed the problems of the Islamic world in the context of the "problems of civilizations", which linked mainly by a factor of colonialism, it also aims to clarify the perception of Malek Bin Nabi thinker, nature and causes of the phenomenon of underdevelopment and forms, as well as examining the theory of development through his book "terms of Renaissance"; which proposed several alternatives to get out of the cycle of underdevelopment.
