Résumé: الملخص: إنّ الالتزام بأمن المنتوج طبقا للمرسوم التنفيذي 12-203 المتضمن القواعد المطبقة في مجال أمن المنتوجات يتحقق عن طريق مجموعة من الآليات الموضوعية والاجرائية، فالأولى تعني التزامات فرضها المشرع الجزائري على المتدخل، أمّا الثانية فهي تتمثل في رقابة وقائية من المخاطر تقوم بها هيئات إدارية لكن مع ذلك قد يتعرض المستهلك الى مخاطر لهذا السّبب ظهر مبدأ الحيطة فهو منطلق السّياسة التّشريعية، والمرسوم التنفيذي 12-203 المذكور أعلاه هو وليد هذا المبدأ الهام الذي يتناسب مع التّطورات العلمية والقانونية في مواجهة مخاطر التّطور. Abstract: Commitment to product security in accordance with Executive Decree 12-203,which includes the rules applied in the field of product security, is achieved through a range of objective and procedural mechanisms. Risk prevention by administrative bodies, but never theless the consumer may be exposed to risks, which is why the principle of caution has emerged as the starting point of legislative policy, and executive decree 12-203 mentioned above is the result of this important principle that is commensurate with scientific and legal developments in the face of risks Development.
