دراسة العلاقة السببية بين مشكلتي البطالة والتضخم في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980 - 2014
Résumé: لقد تطرقت إشكالية هذه الدراسة إلى العلاقة بين معدلات البطالة ومعدلات التضخم في الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة (1980-2014)، وهذا بناء على الأساليب القياسية المستخدمة في القياس الاقتصادي، والمتمثلة أساسا في اختبارات الاستقرارية ونظرية التكامل المشترك واختبار سببية جرانجر. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة القياسية إلى الكشف عن عدم وجود دلائل لعلاقة توازنية في المدى الطويل بين ومعدلات البطالة ومعدلات التضخم، وفضلا عن ذلك، فإنها تكشف عن عدم وجود أي أثر للسببية في كلا الاتجاهين، بمعنى عدم تطابق الفرضية على الواقع الجزائري.This research question has tackled the relationship between unemployment and inflation rates in the Algerian economy during the period (1980-2014), and this latter is based on the modern methods used in the standard economic measure, mainly represented in the preprocessing tests and the theory of joint integration and testing of Granger causality. The results of the standard study concluded that there are no signs of equilibrium in the relationship between long-term rates of unemployment and inflation. Moreover, they reveal the absence of any trace of causality in both directions, meaning that Phillips theory does not reflect the Algerian reality.
