مساهمة المهارات المعرفية في تمكين العاملين بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم التجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة المهارات المعرفية في تمكين العاملين بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم التجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة، من خلال دراسة ميدانية باستخدام الاستبانة التي وزعت على عينة عشوائية(64 أستاذ)، وبعد التحليل باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - هناك مستوى متوسط من المهارات المعرفية بالكلية محل الدراسة؛ - هناك مستوى مرتفع لتمكين العاملين بالكلية محل الدراسة؛ - تبين من خلال نتائج الانحدار الخطي البسيط بأن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للمهارات المعرفية على تمكين العاملين بالكلية محل الدراسة. The study aimed to know the extent to which cognitive skills contribute to empowering employees of the Faculty of Economics, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at ZayanAshour University in Djelfa, through a field study using a questionnaire that was distributed to a random sample (64 professors), and after analysis using appropriate statistical methods, the study concluded that a group of The most important results: - There is an average level of cognitive skills in the college under study; - There is a high level of empowerment of the employees of the college under study; - It was found through the results of simple linear regression that there is a statistically significant effect of cognitive skills on the empowerment of employees of the college under study.
