دور المجتمع المدني في مكافحة جائحة كورونا (كوفيد 19)

Résumé: ملخص: مع انتشار فيروس كورونا في جميع أنحاء العالم وعجز الدولة عن احتوائه وانهيار المنظومة الصحية والاقتصادية، ظهرت الحاجة إلى مؤسسات المجتمع المدني لتقليل من تداعيات جائحة كورونا، من خلال الدور التثقيفي والتوعوي بكيفية مواجهة انتشار الفيروس، و تكثيف الحملات حول اليات الحماية والإجراءات التي يجب إتباعها للوقاية، وجمع التبرعات ومساعدة الدولة في إعانة الطبقات الهشة، و تنفيذ خطط ومشروعات تنموية تستوعب الشباب المتضرر من الأزمة، ومن هنا تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية دور المجتمع المدني في مكافحة فيروس كورنا وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى نماذج لدراسة حالات متباينة جغرافيا. With the outbreak of the Coronavirus worldwide and the inability of the state to contain it and the collapse of the health, economic system, the need for civil society institutions to reduce the consequences of the Coronavirus pandemic has emerged, through an educational role and awareness of how to confront the spread of the virus, by intensifying awareness campaigns on how to protect and follow the measures to be taken to prevent it, by raising donations and assisting the state in helping the fragile classes, and implementing development plans and projects to absorb young people affected by the crisis, The study aims to highlight the role of civil society in the fight against the Coronavirus by providing examples of geographically differentiated case studies.
