Résumé: تتضمن الدراسة رحلة"الكولونيل سكوت"، الذي رافق الأمير عبد القادر خلال مقاومته ضد الاحتلال الفرنسي، ولازمه خلال تنقلاته من مكان لأخر ، الأمر الذي مكّنه من كتابه ما شاهده وسمعه أثناء تلك الرحلة في مذكرات سميت بـ : " مذكرات "الكلونيل سكوت" عن إقامته في زمالة الأمير عبد القادر عام 1841 م ، فنقل لنا ما سمعه و عايشه أثناء إدارة الأمير للمعارك ،وكذا علاقته بعائلته أو جنوده أو القبائل المتحالفة معه وعلاقته الخارجية مع سلطان المغرب عبد الرحمان ، وعليه فالسؤال الذي نود الإجابة عنه هو : ما هي المساهمة التي تقدمها مذكرات الكولونيل سكوت حول شخصية الأمير عبد القادر عام 1841م.. الكلمات المفتاحية الاحتلال ، الفرنسي ، عبد الرحمان، ، الأمير عبد القادر ، الزمالة Abstract: The study includes the journey of Colonel Scott, who accompanied Emir Abdelkader during his resistance to the French occupation, and accompanied him on his trips fromaplace to another, enabling him to “write what he saw and heard during this trip in diaries.” Entitled: Colonel Scott's memoirs about his stay in the fellowship of Prince Abdelkader in 1841 AD. So we shared what he heard and experienced during the management of battles by the Emir, as well as his relationship with his family, soldiers or allied tribes, and his foreign relations with the Sultan of Morocco Abd al-Rahman. The question we would like to answer is: What is the contribution of Colonel Scott's memoirs to the personality of Emir Abdelkader in general?
