Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة تأثير التسويق الرقمي على سلوك المستهلك في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19 هذا بعد أن أصبح الوسيلة الفعالة للتواصل بين الشركات والمستهلكين. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن جائحة كوفيد 19 أحدثت تغيير جذري في العالم الرقمي للشركات من خلال تكييفها مع طريقة جديدة لممارسة الأعمال التجارية، والتي أثرت بشكل مباشر على سلوك المستهلك. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن العادات الجديدة التي يتم تشكيلها الآن ستستمر إلى ما بعد هذه الأزمة وستغير بشكل دائم ما نقدره، وكيف وأين نتسوق، وكيف نعيش ونعمل. Abstract: This research paper aims to study the impact of digital marketing on consumer behavior in light of This Covid 19 pandemic, after it has become an effective means of communication between companies and Consumers . The study has concluded that the Covid 19 pandemic has caused a radical change in the digital world of each of the companies, this by adapting them to a new way of doing business, Which directly affected consumer behavior. The study also concluded that new habits formed now will endure beyond this crisis, permanently changing what we value, how and where we shop, and how we live and work.
