حماية حقوق الإنسان في ظل تراجع مبدأ السيادة

Résumé: الملخص : في إطار نظام القانون الدولي المعاصر تغيرت كثير من المفاهيم خاصة تلك المهددة للسلم و الامن الدوليين من بينها ضرورة حماية حقوق الانسان من الانتهاكات التي تتعرض لها في مختلف المناطق و تكريس الجهود والوسائل الدولية لتحقيق ذلك، مما ادى الى تدويل مسألة حقوق الانسان و الخروج بها من قيد الاختصاص الداخلي الى الاختصاص الدولي فنجم عنه تلاشي مفهوم السيادة المطلقة و اصبح من غير المقبول تحجج الدول بمبدأ السيادة لممارسة شتى انواع الانتهاك و المصادرة لحقوق الانسان و حرياته الاساسية . A Summary: There is a change within modern International law particular the concepts threatening both international peace and security, such as, the importance of protecting human rights from different volitions in different parts of the world. By devoting all the possible means and efforts to be achieved. As a result the issue of protection of human rights becomes an international issue rather than internal one. Definition of absolutes authority: It is unacceptable to make the principle of absolute power as means to practice the various volitions of human rights and their liberties.
