The Role Of The Social Responsibility Of The University Teacher In Studenr’s Achievement Motivation A Fieldwork Study At The University Of Oum El-bouaghi

Résumé: This research highlights a well-established social meaning, which is the effects of the university teacher's social responsibility on the student's achievement motivation and performance, and the consequences of that on the work environment, the community environment, and the community environment as a whole. From all this point of view ; We wanted to do scientific research aimed at identifying the reality of Algerian students' achievement motivation. On this basis, this study aims to find out the relationship between the social responsibility of the university teacher and the achievement motivation of the student.
