Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه التلاميذ والكفاية التدريسية الأدائية لدى أستاذات المدرسة الابتدائية في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية والعلاقة بينهما. إشكالية البحث : هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه التلاميذ والكفاية التدريسية الأدائية في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية لأستاذات التعليم الابتدائي في ضوء المنهاج التربوي المعتمد. فرضية البحث: توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه التلاميذ والكفاية التدريسية الأدائية في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية لأستاذات التعليم الابتدائي في ضوء المنهاج التربوي المعتمد. المنهج المتبع في الدراسة: اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. مجتمع وعينة البحث: مجتمع البحث في دراستنا هو جميع أستاذات التعليم الابتدائي بولاية بسكرة، أما عينة البحث تم اختيارها بالطريقة الاحتمالية العشوائية. أدوات جمع البيانات: تم بناء استمارتان - استمارة. تقيس المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه التلاميذ. - استمارة تقيس الكفايات التدريسية الأدائية في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية المعالجة الإحصائية: استخدمنا المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري، معامل الارتباط بيرسون . نتائج البحث: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه التلاميذ والكفاية التدريسية الأدائية في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية لأستاذات التعليم الابتدائي. Abstract: - The study aims at identifying the level of social responsibility towards pupils and the efficiency of teaching performance of primary school female teachers in the session of physical education and sports and the relationship between them. - Research problem: - Is there a relationship between social responsibility towards pupils and the efficiency of teaching performance in the session of physical education and sports for female teachers of primary education in light of education method and the adopted modern curriculum? - Research Hypothesis: - There is a correlation between social responsibility towards pupils and the efficiency of teaching performance in the session of physical education and sports for female teachers of primary school in light of the education method and adopted curriculum. - Methodology: In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach. - Research population: is all the primary education female teachers in the state of Biskra, and the research sample was chosen randomly. - Data collection tools: two questionnaires. - -the first measures social responsibility towards pupils. - - The second measures the teaching competencies in the physical education and sports session. - Statistical analysis: the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient are used. - Research results: - - There is a correlation between social responsibility towards pupils and the efficiency of teaching performance in the session of physical education and sports for female teachers of primary education.
