مساهمة لوحة القيادة في تحسين الأداء البيئي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية _ دراسة حالة مؤسسة مطاحن بلغيث الكبرى بولاية سوق أهراس _

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز استخدام لوحة القيادة وتبيان مدى أهمية الاعتماد عليها في رفع مستوى الأداء البيئي للمؤسسة بهدف تحسينه عن طريق ما تحتويه من معلومات خاصة بها وهذا من خلال دراسة تطبيقية أجريت بمؤسسة مطاحن بلغيث الكبرى بولاية سوق أهراس، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير إستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات مكونة من جزأين وذلك للحصول على البيانات من عينة الدراسة واعتبرت (30) إستبانة صالحة للتحليل لذا وقد تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)، كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمساهمة لوحة القيادة في تحسين الأداء البيئي، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من المقترحات أهمها استمرارية اعتماد المؤسسة على لوحة القيادة كأسلوب فعال للرقابة على أعمال المؤسسة وذلك لمعرفة الانحرافات والمساهمة في تقديم الإجراءات التصحيحية. الكلمات المفتاحية: لوحة القيادة، الأداء البيئي، مؤسسة مطاحن بلغيث الكبرى. تصنيف JEL: L21 ,Q53 Abstract : This study aims to highlight the use of the dashboard and demonstrate the importance of relying on it in raising the level of environmental performance of the institution with the aim of improving it through the information it contains of its own, to achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was developed as a main tool for data collection consisting of two parts in order to obtain data from the study sample and considered (30) questionnaires valid for analysis, so the statistical program (SPSS) was used, and the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study reached a number of results The most important of which is the presence of a statistically significant impact of the dashboard’s contribution to improving environmental performance. The study found a set of proposals, the most important of which is the institution’s continuity of dependence on the dashboard as an effective method for controlling the institution’s work, in order to identify deviations and contribute to providing corrective actions.
