نطاق الملكية الفكرية في البيئة الرقمية

Résumé: إن الملكية الفكرية مصطلح قانوني يدل على ما ينتجه العقل البشري من أفكار محددة تتم ترجمتها إلى أشياء ملموسة فيدخل في نطاقها كافة الحقوق الناتجة من النشاط الفكري للإنسان كالحقوق الفنية والأدبية والعلمية والصناعية والتجارية ، ومع ظهور المعلوماتية ساعد ذلك على تسهيل طرق نشر حقوق الملكية الفكرية بجميع انواعها . وفي ظل التطور التكنولوجي وانتشار المعلوماتية باتت الحقوق الفكرية سواء مادية او معنوية مهددة لذلك يستوجب النظر في هذه المشاكل قصد توفير أكبر حماية للمؤلفين . Intellectual property is a legal term that denotes the specific ideas produced by the human mind that are translated into tangible things. Within its scope are all rights resulting from human intellectual activity in artistic, literary, scientific, industrial and commercial rights. With the advent of informatics, this helped facilitate the ways of disseminating intellectual property rights in all its types. In light of the technological development and the spread of informatics, intellectual rights, whether material or moral, are under threat, so it is necessary to consider these problems in order to provide the greatest protection for authors.
