الأرشيف العمومي وقابلية الإطلاع

Résumé: إنّ النظر إلى قابلية الإطلاع على الوثائق الأرشيفية المحفوظة مرهون بالتقاليد السياسية والإدارية والقانونية والثقافية السائدة في كل بلد فلا يمكن في حال من الأحوال أن نقول هناك مقاربة خاصة في حق الحصول على المعلومة فحماية الأرشيف تفرض نفسها والممارسة الأرشيفية كذلك فقابلية الإطلاع على الأرشيف العمومي في الجزائر مثلا تحكمه تقاليد سياسية وقانونية فيصعب على مصالح الأرشيف سماح المستعملين الوثائق كالأشخاص مثلا الإطلاع عليها رغم ما ينص عليه القانون من آجال المحددة واطلاع بحرية على بعض الوثائق دون تحديد المدة إلاّ أنّ المصالح الأرشيف نجد نفسها أمام ما يسمى حماية حقوق الأفراد من جهة وسرية وخصوصية الوثائق الأرشيفية. political, administrative, legal and cultural traditions that prevail in each country.
