دور التسيير الجبائي في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية

Résumé: من خلال هذا البحث سنقوم بدراسة أثر تطبيق التسيير الجبائي على الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية حيث يُظهر هذا النوع من التسيير الاستفادة من الخيارات والامتيازات التي يمنحها القانون الجبائي من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى يكمن الهدف الأساسي لهذا النوع من التسيير في أن له أثار على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة، من خلال أن كل أثر جبائي يقابله أثر مالي وبالتالي التأثير على التوازن المالي، ولهذا جاء موضوع الدراسة الذي نحاول قياس هذا الأثر، وخلصت الدراسة التحليلية والقياسية إلى أن التسيير الجبائي يطبق في المؤسسات ولكن ضعيف الفعالية، وأثره ضعيف على ادائها المالي. In this research, we study the effect of fiscal management on financial performance in the economic institutions. This management aim to take advantage of the options and privileges granted by the fiscal law. On the other hand, the main objective of this management is that it effects the financial performance of the institution, for any fiscal effect matches a financial effect, and therefore it impact on the fiscal balance, therefore we made this research to try to measure this effect, The analytical and measurement study concluded that tax management is practiced in t society but that its efficiency is still low, and also weak on financial performance.
