واقع الامن الغذائي في الجزائر: دراسة قياسية للمؤشرات والمظاهر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتفسير واقع الامن الغذائي في الجزائر التي تعتمد على استيراد المـــواد الغذائــــيــــــة لتــغطيــــة الفجـــــوة في الإنتـــــاج, ودعم الاستهلاك, وهي استراتيجية مرهونة بإرادة الدول المصدرة للغذاء ,وتقلبات الأسعار العالمية, ومدى قدرة الدولة على استيـــــراد الغذاء, وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى ان الجزائر رغم تحقيقها لتحسن نسبي في مجال الامن الغذائي حسب مؤشر الأمن الغذائي العالمي لسنة 2021, إلا أنها حسب نفس المؤشر لا تزال بعيدة عن تحقيق الامن الغذائي, وللخروج من هذه الإشكالية يجب على الجزائر إعادة النظر في السياسات الزراعيـــة وتشجيع الاستثمار في المجال الفلاحي لتحقيق الاكــتــفاء الذاتي والتخلص من التبعية الغذائية للخارج : This study aims to explain the reality of food security in Algeria, which relies on importing foodstuffs to cover the gap in production and support consumption. It is a strategy that depends on the will of food exporting countries global price fluctuations, and the extent of the country’s ability to import food. This study concluded that although Algeria has achieved relative . improvement in the field of food security according to the World food security Index for the yer2021, according to the same index, it is still far from achieving food security. To get out of this problem,Algeria must reconsider it’s agricultural policies and encourage investment in the agricultural field to achieve self sufficiency and get rid of food dependency on foreign countries.
