أثر التمكين الاداري في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية في الجزائر-دراسة ميدانية لخزينة العمومية لولاية تامنغست-

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة أثر التمكين الإداري في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية في الخزينة العمومية لولاية تامنغست، من خلال معرفة العلاقة بين التمكين الإداري وجودة الخدمة العمومية في الإدارة العمومية والابعاد التي يعتمد عليها التمكين الاداري وجودة الخدمة العمومية، من خلال دراسة عينة تتكون من (38) موظفا من مختلف الخصائص الشخصية والوظيفية. وأهم ما توصلت اليه الدراسة هي أن الخزينة العمومية لولاية تامنغست لا تطبق التمكين الإداري ولا معايير جودة الخدمة العمومية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05، وهناك إرتباط قوي ايجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية معنوية ذو دلالة إحصائية بين موجبة بين التمكين الإداري وتحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية في خزينة ولاية تامنغست، وجود علاقة انحدار ذو دلالة إحصائية معنوية ذو دلالة إحصائية بين التمكين الإداري وتحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية في خزينة ولاية تامنغست. The study aims to know the impact of administrative empowerment in improving the quality of the public service in the public treasury of the state of Mantrast by knowing the relationship between administrative empowerment and the quality of the public service in public administration, and administrative empowerment is among the most important trends of the new public administration reform through a sample study consisting of 38 Staff members of different personal and functional characteristics. The study found the most important finding that the public treasury of the state of Mantrast does not apply administrative empowerment and the quality of the public service at the indicative level of 0.05. There is a strong positive correlation with a statistically significant statistical significance between administrative empowerment and improving the quality of the public service in the state treasury of Tamangst. The existence of a statistically significant downward relationship between administrative empowerment and improved quality of public service in Tamingst's treasury.
