استراتيجيات وتدابير كفاءة استغلال الموارد المائية في ولاية البويرة على ضوء التحديات

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وضعية الموارد المائية في ولاية البويرة، مع التركيز على التحديات الرئيسية التي تواجه هذه الموارد، مثل الهدر، التلوث، وسوء التسيير والاستغلال. تعتبر المياه السطحية والجوفية المصادر الأساسية في الولاية، إلا أن الحفاظ عليها واستدامتها يتطلب جهودا كبيرة لضمان استمراريتها للأجيال القادمة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مانسبته68% من الموارد المائية المتاحة تستهلك في القطاع الزراعي نظرا لطبيعة الولاية، يليه القطاع المنزلي بنسبة 31%، والقطاع الصناعي بنسبة 1%. كما يتم هدر كميات كبيرة من المياه المعالجة دون إعادة استخدامها بفعالية، من بين الحلول المقترحة: تحسين البنية التحتية، تعزيز الوعي البيئي، إضافة الى تحسين إدارة الموارد المائية والتركيز على حسن استغلال المياه المعالجة وتشجيع استخدام التكنولوجيا البيئية لتحسين استغلال الموارد المائية خاصة في القطاع الزراعي. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the state of water resources in Bouira Province, focusing on the main challenges these resources face, such as wastage, pollution, and mismanagement. Surface and groundwater are the primary sources in the province, but preserving and ensuring their sustainability requires significant efforts to guarantee their continuity for future generations.The study found that 68% of the available water resources are consumed by the agricultural sector, due to the nature of the province, followed by the domestic sector at 31%, and the industrial sector at 1%. Additionally, large amounts of treated water are wasted without being effectively reused. Proposed solutions include improving infrastructure, raising environmental awareness, better management of water resources, and optimizing the use of treated water. Encouraging the use of environmental technologies, especially in the agricultural sector, is also recommended to enhance water resource utilization.
