واقع استخدام الموارد المائية في القطاع الفلاحي بولاية البويرة

Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة واقع استخدام الموارد المائية في القطاع الزراعي بولاية البويرة، حيث تم التعرف على موقع الولاية ومناخها وعلى مختلف الموارد المائية المتوفرة والمجندة للري، وكذا التحديات والفرص المتعلقة بالموارد المائية في الولاية. تشير النتائج إلى وجود تقلبات كبيرة في تساقط الأمطار والثلوج، مما يؤثر على مستوى تخزين المياه واستخدامها في الزراعة. كما توضح الدراسة توافر عدة موارد مائية سطحية متواجدة في ثلاثة سدود وثلاث محطات لمعالجة المياه المستعملة في الولاية، وكذلك تواجد عدة إمكانيات مائية مخصصة فقط للري تُمكّن من سقي 12000 هكتار، لكن هناك تحديات تعيق نقل المياه بشكل فعّال مما يسهم في ضياع المياه وتقليل كفاءة الاستخدام الزراعي. This study examines the utilization of water resources in the agricultural sector of the Bouira province. It identifies the location, climate, available water resources, and their utilization for irrigation, as well as the challenges and opportunities related to water resources in the province. The findings indicate significant fluctuations in rainfall and snowfall, affecting the water storage levels and its utilization in agriculture. The study also highlights the availability of several surface water resources present in three dams and three water treatment stations in the province. Additionally, several water potentials dedicated solely to irrigation, enabling the irrigation of 12,000 hectares, are identified. However, there are challenges hindering the effective transportation of water, leading to water loss and reducing agricultural use efficiency.
