Résumé: ملخص: لقد لقي الدرس المقاصدي اهتماما كبيرا من قبل العلماء، قديما وحديثا، ويعد الإمام المقري واحدا من العلماء الذين أولوا عناية خاصة لموضوع المقاصد، ليس على المستوى النظري فحسب، بل عمل على تنزيله من علياء التجريد إلى مستوى الواقع العملي، ويأتي هذا البحث ليكشف لنا عن علو كعبه في هذا العلم من خلال كتابه "القواعد الفقهية". Abstract: The intentional lesson has received great importance form both ancient and novice scholars. The Imam Almoqri is one of these scholars who paid special attention to the subject of the international lesson not only on the theoretical part, but also on the level of making it into practice.Hence,the main objective of this research is to shed light on his high skills in this field through his book "Fikhi rules".
