Résumé: في ظل الثورة التكنولوجية، سارعت الجزائر لمواكبة هذه الثورة من خلال تبني الأساليب الحديثة لإدارة أنشطتها وأعمالها، وفي سبيل ذلك بادرت لتفعيل التكنولوجيات المتطورة والانتقال إلى رقمنة العديد من القطاعات من أجل تحسين مستوى وجودة خدماتها. وقد جسد القانون 14-08 المتضمن تعديل قانون الحالة المدنية، رقمنة نظام الحالة المدنية في سبيل تحسين الخدمة العمومية للمواطن، تتجلى من خلال ماتضمنه من أحكام مسايرة للتطور التكنولوجي، في إطار تقريب الادارة من المواطن وتحقيق التنمية المحلية. In light of the technological revolution, Algeria has been quik to keep pace with this revolution by adopting modern methods of managing its activities and business, and to this end it has initiated the activation of advanced technologies and the digitization of many sectors in order to improve the level and quality of its services. Law 14-18 amending the civil status law has embodied the digitization of the civilstatus system in order to improve the public service of the citizen, manifested through its provisions in line with technological development, in the framework of bringing the administration closer the citizen
