دور الدبلوماسية الجزائرية في تسوية النزاعات الإفريقية في جوارها الساحلي: مالي نموذجا The Role Of Algerian Diplomacy In Settling The African Conflicts In Its Sahelian Neighborhood: The Case Of Mali

Résumé: لعبت الجزائر دورا تاريخيا سياسيا ودبلوماسيا حاسما للوساطة في حل النزاعات الإفريقية، فمن خلال دبلوماسيتها القوية، ومعالجتها الموضوعية لوجهات نظر مختلف الفواعل والأطراف المتصارعة، تمكنت الدولة الجزائرية من تهيئة الظروف اللازمة لحل عديد من الصراعات في القارة، متجنبة استمرار العنف على حدودها، كما تلتمس الدول الإفريقية مساعي الدولة الجزائرية للتوسط بالحلول السياسية والدبلوماسية وتعزيز السلام في القارة، وهو ما يتماشى مع دور الجزائر الاستباقي في تسوية الأزمات في هذه الأخيرة، سيما في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي؛ وعليه تبحث هذه المقالة في دور الدبلوماسية الجزائرية في التوسط لحل أو احتواء النزاع في مالي. Algeria has played a decisive political and diplomatic role in mediating and resolving African conflicts, through its strong diplomacy and objective perspective when dealing with the various conflicting actors and parties. Therefore, the Algerian state has been able to create the necessary conditions for resolving many conflicts on the continent, avoiding the continuation of violence on its borders. Moreover, African States often seek the Algerian diplomatic efforts to resolute to political solutions and promote peace in the continent, which is in line with Algeria’s proactive role in settling crises in this latter, especially in the African Sahel region; accordingly, this article examines the role of Algerian diplomacy in mediating or containing the Malian conflict.
