جودة الحياة الوظيفية على أداء أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بالجامعة: دراسة على عينة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة الشلف

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار إحصائي لتأثير جودة الحياة الوظيفية ( الأمان والاستقرار الوظيفي، التوازن بين الحياة الشخصية والحياة الوظيفية، المشاركة في اتخاذ القرار، الأجور والمكافآت) في أداء أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة الشلف على عينة حجمها 43 أستاذ، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واعتماد الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة توجد علاقة تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية بين ممارسات جودة الحياة الوظيفية والأداء التدريسي للمبحوثين، بينما لا يوجد تأثير لممارسات جودة الحياة الوظيفية على الأداء التدريسي وخدمة المبحوثين لمجتمعهم. The study aims to conduct a statistical test of the impact of the quality of career (security and career stability, balance between personal and career life, participation in decision-making, wages and rewards) on the performance of members of the faculty of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Al-Shalf University on a sample of 43 professors.by Using the analytical descriptive approach and adopt the resolution as a data collection tool. Among the most notable findings of the study is a statistically significant influence relationship between the job quality practices and the pedagogical performance of the research, between no impact of the job quality practices on the teaching performance and the service of the research practitioners of their community.
