Résumé: ترقية الإنتاج الوطني والأداة الوطنية للإنتاج هي احدى الآليات المستحدثة في تنظيم أحكام الصفقات العمومية التي تبرمها المصلحة المتعاقدة، وهي الآلية التي تشكل استثناء على المبادئ العامة المكرسة في الصفقات العمومية من مساواة وحرية المنافسة بين العارضين، وذلك من خلال وضع أحكام تمنح الأفضلية للمنتوجات الوطنية والمؤسسات الوطنية في مواجهة الأجنبية منها، ويبحث هذا المقال في الكشف عن هذه الآلياThe promotion of national production and the national production tool is one of the mechanisms developed in regulating the provisions of public deals concluded by the contracting authority.
