Résumé: ملخص: كرس تشريع الصفقات العمومية الجديد (القانون رقم 23-12) نظام الأفضلية بهدف ترقية ودعم المنتوج الوطني والمؤسسات الخاضعة للقانون الجزائري وفقا لمجموعة من الآليات القانونية منها ما هو مرتبط بالدعوات للمنافسة الدولية، ومنها ما يتعلق بحماية وترقية بعض فئات المؤسسات والحرفيين لدخول البيئة الصفقاتية. Abstract: The legislation of the new public deals (Law No. 23-12) has dedicated the system of preference with the aim of promoting and supporting the national product and institutions subject to Algerian law in accordance with a group of legal mechanisms, including what is related to calls for international competition, including those related to the protection and promotion of some categories of institutions and craftsmen to enter the environment of the transaction.
