تعزيز الاستقرار المالي في الجزائر على ضوء اتفاقية بازل 03

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مجموعة سياسات الاحترازية التي تبناها بنك الجزائر لتعزيز الاستقرار المالي على ضوء اتفاقية بازل 03، بعد فشل مقررات بازل 01 و02، وذلك من خلال التطرق لمفاهيم الاستقرار المالي، وكذا قراءة مؤشرات الصلابة المالية في الجزائر، وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق مقررات بازل 03 يتجاوز مجرد تطبيق نصوص جديدة بل يحتاج إلى تهيئة بيئة مناسبة. This study aims to shed light on the precautionary policies adopted by the bank of algeria to promote financial stability in the light of the Basel Convention 3, after the failure of the Basel Convention Decisions 1and 2, by addressing the concepts of financial stability, as well as reading the indicators of financial viability in algeria. This study concluded that the implementation of the basel 03 decisions goes beyond the mere application of new provisions and provisions and requires the creation of an appropriate environment.
