دور التذقيق الخارجي في إعذاد الرقابة الداخلية وفق المعايير الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة الأنابيب الناقلة للغاز غرداية

Résumé: تناولنا من خلال هذا البحث إستخلاص دور التدقيق الخارجي في تقييم نظام الرقابة الداخلية في ظل الدعايير - الجزائرية ولدعالجة الدوضوع اعتمدنا على عدة وثائق التي تتضمن حالة الدؤسسة من ميزانيات وذلك خلال الفترة ) 2014 )2016 كما استخدمنا أداتي الوثائق والدقابلة الشخصية بهدف التوصل الى فهم أوضح للإشكالية. باعتماد على منهج دراسة الحالة واستناد الى النتائج الدتوصل اليها نجد ان الخلل الذي أشار اليه مدقق الحسابات شمل بوجود ضعف في نظام الرقابة الداخلية داخل الدؤسسة وكذا عدم متابعة الجدية لتطوير النظام المحاسبي الدالي مع ما تتطلبه الدعايير المحاسبية الدوليةIn this paper, we examined the role of external audit in evaluating the internal control system under the Algerian standards. In order to address the issue, we have relied on several documents that include the status of the institution from the budgets .during the period 2014-2016 We also used documents and personal interviews to reach a clearer understanding of .the problem Based on the case study methodology and based on the results reached, we find that the defect indicated by the auditor included a weakness in the internal control system within the institution as well as lack of serious follow-up to develop the financial .accounting system with the requirements of international accounting standards.
