Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة بصفة عامة إلى التعرف على الهوية المهنية للأخصائي النفسي بالقطاع الصحي العام، ومستوى إدراكها لدى عينة من الأخصائيين النفسيين بالقطاع العام بولاية الأغواط، وللتعرف على ذلك قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على مستوى مستشفيات ولاية الأغواط للإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: -ما مستوى إدراك الهوية المهنية للأخصائي النفسي بالقطاع الصحي العام؟ -هل توجد فروق في مستوى إدراك الهوية المهنية لدى الاخصائي النفسي بالقطاع الصحي العام باختلاف المؤهل العلمي؟ -هل توجد فروق في مستوى إدراك الهوية المهنية لدى الاخصائي النفسي بالقطاع الصحي العام باختلاف الخبرة؟ وللإجابة على ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، مستعينين بأداة الاستبيان الموزعة على عينة قدرها 53 أخصائي نفسي بالمستشفيات. لنستنتج في الأخير أن مستوى إدراك الهوية المهنية مرتفع لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين بالقطاع الصحي العام، الا انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إدراك الهوية المهنية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي والاقدمية للأخصائي النفسي بالقطاع الصحي العام. Abstract : The general aim of this study is to investigate the professional identity of psychologists in the public healthcare sector, as well as their level of awareness of it, among a sample of psychologists in the public healthcare sector in the state of. To achieve this, a field study was conducted in the hospitals of Laghouat to answer the following questions: What is the level of awareness of professional identity among psychologists in the public healthcare sector? Are there differences in the level of awareness of professional identity among psychologists in the public healthcare sector based on their educational qualifications? Are there differences in the level of awareness of professional identity among psychologists in the public healthcare sector based on their experience? To answer these questions, a descriptive approach was used, employing a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 53 psychologists in the hospitals. In conclusion, it was found that the level of awareness of professional identity is high among psychologists in the public healthcare sector. However, there were no statistically significant differences in the level of awareness of professional identity related to educational qualifications or years of experience for psychologists in the public healthcare sector.
