فرص وتحديات الإدارة المتكاملة لزيادة قيمة المؤسسة في ظل تطورات الأيزو(دراسة حالة مؤسسة وحدة الإنتاج وتوزيع المواد البترولية نفطال-فرع باتنة)
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير فرص وتحديات تطبيق نظام الإدارة المتكاملة على قيمة مؤسسة(نفطال-باتنة)، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تطوير استمارة وزعت على عينة عشوائية تتكون من30 عامل. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق نظام الإدارة المتكاملة بالنسخ الجديدة له أثر إيجابي على قيمة المؤسسة، غير أن مؤسسة ( نفطال-باتنة) تواجه بعض العقبات لتطبيق هذا النظام. The study aims to identify the impact of the opportunities and challenges of implementing the integrated management system on the value of (Naftal-Batna) institution. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a random sample consisting of 30 workers. The study concluded that applying the integrated management system in the new versions has A positive impact on the value of the enterprise, but) Naftal-Batna (Corporation faces some obstacles to implementing this system.
