استعمال المقارنة المرجعية لتطوير المقررات الجامعية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور المقارنة المرجعية في تطوير المقررات الأكاديمية في الجامعات، ثم تطبيق ذلك من خلال دراسة حالة جامعة العلوم التطبيقية في مملكة البحرين. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي الوصفي إلى جانب أسلوب دراسة الحالة. وعند تطبيق أسلوب المقارنة الجامعية في جامعة العلوم التطبيقية، تم اختيار ثلاث جامعات، إحداها: بمستوى محلي (جامعة حكومية) وأخريان بمستوى دولي (جامعتان دوليتان)، أما مجال المقارنة فكان في مجال المقررات الأكاديمية على وجه الخصوص. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن للمقارنة المرجعية دورا كبيرا في تطوير المقررات الجامعية في جامعة العلوم التطبيقية وتحسين أدائها بشكل عام، مما انعكس إيجابا من خلال تسكينها ضمن الإطار الوطني للمؤهلات في مملكة البحرين دون شروط. كلمات مفتاحية: المقارنة المرجعية، المقررات الأكاديمية، الخطة الدراسية، البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، جامعة العلوم التطبيقية. This study aims to explore the role of benchmarking in developing academic courses in universities, and then apply that by studying the case of the Applied Sciences University in the Kingdom of Bahrain, in order to achieve the objectives of this study, the study used the analytical descriptive method in addition to the case study method. When applying the university comparison method at the University of Applied Sciences, three universities were selected, one of them: at a local level (a governmental university) and two at an international level (two international universities). As for the field of comparison, it was in the field of academic courses. The results of the study showed that benchmarking has a major role in developing academic courses at the ASU and improving its performance, which was reflected positively by placing the programme within the National Qualifications Framework in Bahrain without conditions.
