الحاجة إلى الحوسبة السحابية لتطوير التعليم الالكتروني في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بين التنظير والتطبيق

Résumé: أصبح استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات ( الحوسبة السحابية) والاتصال كوسيط في التعليم ضرورة ملحة في ظل ما يشهده العالم من ثورة معرفية هائلة وتطور مذهل في التقنيات الحديثة لمعالجة المعلومات، بتحسين مستوى الجودة في التعليم باستخدام التكنولوجيا من أجل تحقيق أفضل خدمات تعليمية وبحثية بأقل تكاليف وأعلى جودة ممكنة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التي توحي بأهمية تطبيق الحوسبة السحابية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي. The use of information and communication technology as a mediator in education has become an urgent necessity in light of the huge knowledge revolution that the world is witnessing and the amazing development of modern technologies for information processing, by improving the quality of education using technology in order to achieve the best educational and research services at the lowest costs and highest possible quality. The study reached results that suggest the importance of applying cloud computing in educational institutions.
