« الذكاء الوجداني لدى الطالب الجامعي: دراسة ميدانية بالمدرسة العليا لأساتذة التعليم التكنولوجي – سكيكدة- الجزائر »

Résumé: باللغة العربية: هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة مستوى الذكاء الوجداني لدى الطالب الجامعي، ومعرفة الفروق في مستوى الذكاء الوجداني حسب متغير الجنس والمستوى الدراسي، واستخدمت لذلك عينة عشوائية. ومن بين أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: أن الطلبة لديهم ذكاء وجداني، ويتمتعون بكفاءة ووجدانية ولديهم القدرة على الوعي بذواتهم وإدراك المشاعر وضبط انفعالاتهم، ويتمتعون بمهارة اجتماعية كافية للتعامل مع زملائهم ومع المواقف الصعبة، كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق في الذكاء الوجداني تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمستوى الدراسي. باللغة الإنجليزية: The study aims to determine the level of emotional intelligence in university students, and to identify the differences according to variable of sex and level of study. According, a random sample and was used in the present study. The most important findings of the study were :(1)the students possess an efficient emotional capability,(2)have the ability to be aware of their own selves and the realization of sentiments,(3)control their emotions, and (4)have sufficient social skills to deal with colleagues and difficult situations. Also, the study found no differences in emotional intelligence attributed to variable of sex and level of study.
