الحاجات الإرشادية (النفسية، الأكاديمية، الاجتماعية، المهنية) لدى طلبة السنة الثالثة ليسانس علم النفس العمل والتنظيم

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الحاجات الإرشادية لدى طلبة علم النفس العمل والتنظيم بجامعة برج بوعريريج، على عينة من طلبة علم النفس اختيروا بطريقة قصدية، واعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء اسـتبيان الحاجات الارشادية، وتحليل البيانات المجمعة بالاعتماد على برنـامج (SPSS)، وقد أظهرت النتائج على أن مستوى الحاجات الإرشادية متوسط لدى الطلبة وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في الحاجات الإرشادية عندهم تعزى لمتغير الجنس. Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the counseling needs of students of work and organization psychology, on a sample of psychology students were chosen intentionally, and the researchers relied on the descriptive approach, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was built on the counseling needs, and the analysis of the collected data based on the (SPSS) program, and the results showed that the level of counseling needs is average among students and there are no statistically significant differences in their counseling needs attributed to the heterosexual
