الحاجات الإرشادية لدى طلبة مركز التكوين المهني بمدينة ورقلة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الحاجات الإرشادية لطلبة التكوين المهني، والتعرف على دلالة الفروق في هذه الحاجات وفقا لمتغير الجنس والتخصص ,ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف أعدت استبانه لقياس هذه الحاجات تنطوي على مجالات التالية(النفسية، الاجتماعية، المهنية، الأكاديمية)، وطبقت على عينة قوامها (110) طالبا وطالبة من مراكز التكوين المهني بمدينة ورقلة ،وقد أظهرت النتائج ،أن الحاجات الإرشادية لطلبة التكوين المهني هي على الترتيب الحاجات النفسية ،والاجتماعية ،والمهنية ،ثم الأكاديمية ،إضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق في الحاجات الإرشادية تعزى لمتغير الجنس ،ووجود فروق في الحاجات الأكاديمية والمهنية تعزى لمتغير تخصص الطالب (إداري ،حرفي ). The current study aims to identify the counseling needs of vocational training students, and to identify the significance of the differences in these needs according to the variable of gender and specialization. (110) male and female students from the vocational training centers in the city of Ouargla, and the results showed that the counseling needs of vocational training students are, respectively, psychological, social, professional, and then academic needs, in addition to the absence of differences in counseling needs due to the gender variable, and there are differences in Academic and professional needs are due to the student's specialization variable (administrative, craftsman).
