أثر الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة على النجاح في تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية: دراسة ميدانية بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية بجامعة الجلفة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العلاقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية كمتغير مستقل، والإدارة الإلكترونية كمتغير تابع في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية بجامعة الجلفة، حيث تم القيام بالدراسة الميدانية من خلال توزيع استبيان على عينة عشوائية من 60 أستاذا، وتم تحليله من خلال برنامج SPSS. تم التوصل إلى وجود أثر لأبعاد الثقافة التنظيمية كل على حدة على تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية، إلى جانب وجود أثر للثقافة التنظيمية بأبعادها مجتمعة، من خلال معنوية أثر بعد السياسات والإجراءات، وعدم معنوية أثر بُعدي (القيم والمعتقدات التنظيمية، الرقابة الذاتية التنظيمية) على تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية من وجهة نظر أساتذة كلية العلوم الإقتصادية بجامعة الجلفة. Abstract Through this study, we will try to diagnose the relationship between organizational culture (the independent variable) and electronic management (the dependent variable) at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Djelfa University, by preparing and distributing a questionnaire on a random sample of 60 professors, and analyzing it through the SPSS program we concluded that there is an impact of the organizational culture dimensions individually on the application of the electronic management, in addition to the impact of organizational culture with its dimensions combined, through the significance of a dimension of policies and procedures, and non-significant impact (organizational values and beliefs, organizational self-censorship) on application of the electronic management from the perspective of professors of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, University of Djelfa.
