Résumé: organization is considered one of the most interactive fields, especially in sociology, which affected its actors. The organizational identity is one of the important foundations for it, as attention to it helps in achieving its goals, and it has worked to consolidate it in its employees and thus is reflected in the performance of its actors, and from this point this study came to reveal On how the organizational identity is reflected in the performance of administrative workers in the institution, a field study conducted by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla. Sub-questions branched from this main question are: . How does the participation process in decision-making contribute to raising the effectiveness of active individuals in the management of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences? . Are labor relations reflected in improving the performance of management workers at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences? . Does the administrative worker's sense of belonging to the institution lead to good efficiency? When we conducted the field study, the descriptive approach was used to describe and analyze the phenomenon under study, and to ensure the validity of the study’s questions, the questionnaire was used as a basic tool for data collection, as it consisted of 23 questions. After the presentation and interpretation of the data, the conclusion was reached that the organizational identity was reflected positively in the performance of the administrative workers of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Kasedi Marbah.
