استراتيجيات التسويق الدولي وسبل الدخول الى الاسواق الخارجية -تجربة مجمع سيفيتال-

Résumé: : تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على استراتيجيات التسويق الدولي للدخول الى الاسواق الخارجية والدولية، حيث يعتبر تدويل المؤسسات لمنتجاتها اداة مهمة لتحقيق الارباح توسيع حصتها السوقية اضافة الى الرفع من أدائها التسويقي من خلال تبنيها للخيارات الاستراتيجية والتي اصبحت ضرورة حتمية تفرض وجودها في جميع المؤسسات التي تهدف لدخول الأسواق الخارجية. تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على قراءة معطيات لتجربة مجمع سيفيتال في تدويل منتجاته حيث توصلنا خلال هذه الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها ان اكتساب مجمع سيفيتال للعديد من المؤسسات الاوروبية اضافة الى استثماره الضخم في السوق البرازيلية والايفوارية، كان بمثابة فرصة حقيقية لنمو وتوسع المجمع. This study aims to highlight the strategies of international marketing to enter foreign and international markets. Internationalizing enterprises for their products is an important tool for achieving profits and expanding their market share in addition to increasing their marketing performance through their adoption of strategic options that have become an imperative necessity for their presence in all enterprises aiming to enter foreign markets. This study relied on reading data of the experience of the cevital complex in internationalizing its products. During this study, we reached a series of results, notably that the acquisition of the cevital group for many European institutions in addition to its huge investment in the Brazilian and Ivorian market, served as a real opportunity for the growth and expansion of the complex
