"حق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في العمل بين النصوص القانونية والتدابير الإيجابية"

Résumé: تعتبر مسألة تشغيل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من أهم الموضوعات التي تناولتها التشريعات الوطنية و الدولية بعناية وإهتمام بالغ منذ القدم ، وسبب في ذلك يرجع إلى التهميش والتمييز التي عانت منه هذه الفئة في مجال الشغل خصوصا. وتركز هذه الدراسة النظرية إلى التعرف على حق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في العمل وفقا للمعاهدات والإتفاقيات الدولية والتشريعات الوطنية،وكذا التسليط الضوء على واقع تشغيل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في الجزائر من خلال تناول أهم التدابير التشريعية المستخدمة في تعزيز فرص إدماج هذه الفئة في الوسط الإجتماعي، وماهي أهم النقاص والصعوبات التي يعاني منها الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في مجال التشغيل؟. The issue of the employment of persons with disabilities is one of the most important topics that have been dealt with in national and international legislation with great care and attention since ancient times, due to the marginalization and discrimination suffered by this group in the field of employment in particular. This theoretical study focuses on the recognition of the right of persons with disabilities to work in accordance with international treaties and conventions and national legislation, as well as shedding light on the reality of the employment of persons with disabilities in Algeria by addressing the most important legislative measures used to promote the integration of this group into the social sector. The disadvantages and difficulties experienced by persons with disabilities in employment?.
