Résumé: "تأتي هته الدراسة في مدى تحقق تحسين أداء العاملين اعتمادا على مدى الالتزام بمبادئ المسؤولية الاجتماعية وذلك اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي و باستخدام برنامج spss25 لتحليل بيانات الاستبيان الموزعة على عينة من العاملين و المقدرة ب53 وقد توصلنا بالدراسة إلى أن هو هناك علاقة جيدة بين الالتزام بمبادئ المسؤولية الاجتماعية و تحسين أداء العاملين و ذلك من خلال عدة أبعاد منها : 1- المسؤولية الاجتماعية اتجاه العاملين عند التعيين 2- المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه العاملين أثناء الخدمة 3- المسؤولية الاجتماعية اتجاه العاملين بعد الخدمة وذلك عن طريق المتغير المستقل المسؤولية الاجتماعية و المتغير التابع أداء العاملين ""This study comes in the extent to which employee performance has been improved depending on the extent of commitment to the principles of social responsibility, based on the descriptive approach and using the spss25 program to analyze the questionnaire data distributed to a sample of workers, estimated at 53. We concluded in the study that there is a good relationship between commitment to the principles of social responsibility. Improving the performance of employees through several dimensions, including: 1- Social responsibility towards employees when hiring 2- Social responsibility towards employees during service 3- Social responsibility towards workers after service This is done through the independent variable social responsibility and the dependent variable employee performance "
