Résumé: أصبح البحث في التحديات التي تثيرها المسؤولية الجنائية عن إستخدام الخوارزميات في مجال النقل بكل صوره ولاسيما النقل البري مطلبا هاما،وركزت الدراسة على نطاق المسؤولية الجنائية عن وسائل النقل الذكية وتحديد المسائل جنائيا مع معالجة أثر هذه المسؤولية على المستثمر في هذا القطاع، وتم تبني كل من المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي من أجل الإجابة عن الإشكال المطروح ، وتم الخروج بجملة من النتائج تدور في مجملها حول غموض المسؤولية الجنائية عن تطبيقات النقل البري الذكي، ولاشك أن الحديث عن المسؤولية الجنائية يهدد الأمن القانوني للمستثمر بهذا القطاع مما يجعله يحجم عن الاستثمار في هذا المجال. Abstract : Research into the challenges raised by criminal liability for the use of algorithms in the field of transport in all its forms, especially land transport, has become an important requirement. The descriptive approach and the analytical approach in order to answer the problem at hand, and a number of results were produced that revolve in their entirety around the ambiguity of criminal liability for intelligent land transport applications .
