Résumé: تمثل إن صالح الواقعة في الجزء الشرقي من إقليم توات نقطة إستراتيجية بالنسبة للتجارة الصحراوية، يعتبر القرن التاسع عشر فترة انتعاش النشاط التجاري للمنطقة، حيث أضحت نقطة عبور ضرورية في طريق القوافل التجارية العابرة للصحراء باتجاه أسواق الشمال و الجنوب، وقد ارتبطت ان صالح تجاريا بعدة أسواق أهمها أسواق توات(رقان، تمنطيط)، والأسواق الشرقية(غدامس، غات، طرابلس)، وأسواق السودان( تنبكتو، غاو، البورنو). وقد جلبت إليها الأنظار منذ منتصف القرن 19م، حيث تكثفت الرحلات الاستكشافية الأوروبية عامة والفرنسية خاصة من أجل اكتشاف طرق ومسارات التجارة الصحراوية وربطها بأسواق الجزائر. وفي هذا السياق يمكن لسجلات المحكمة الشرعية لإن صالح ان تقدم معلومات حول طبيعة الحياة الاقتصادية في المنطقة، كما توضح جانبا من جوانب النشاط التجاري للمنطقة مثل طبيعة المنتجات المتداولة والأسواق التي كانت ترتبط بها المنطقة خلال القرن العشرين، وهو ما سنحاول التعرف عليه من خلال هذا المقال الذي يتناول التجارة بإن صالح بين سنتي 1864م -وهي السنة التي زار فيها الرحالة الألماني رولفس المنطقة وقدم معلومات حول حجم وطبيعة التجارة في المدينة – و1957م. الكلمات المفتاحية: إن صالح، سجلات المحكمة الشرعية، التجارة الصحراوية، توات، تيديكلت، الرحالة الأوروبيون، المسالك التجارية، الطوارق، غدامس، غات، تنبكتو. ABSTRACT: InSalah which is located in the eastern side of Touat region, represents a strategic point for Saharan trade. The 19th century was considered as a resuscitation period of commercial activity of this region. At that time, In Salah has became an essential crossing point on the route of trans- Saharan trade caravans towards the northern and southern markets. In Salah was linked commercially with several markets. Some of The most important markets are Touat markets ( Ragan and Tamantit), eastern markets ( Gadames, Ghat and Tarablus, and Sudan markets (Tanbuktu, Gao, El Borno). Since the middle of the 19th century, In Salah was attracted attention, in which European expeditions in general and French ones in particular were intensified in order to discover the methods and pathways of the Saharan trade as well as to link it with Algerian markets. In this context, the legitimacy court records of In Salah can provide information about the nature of economic life in this region as well as show an aspect of business activity of area like the nature of the tradable products and markets which was associated with during the 20th century, which we will try to find out in this article on In Salah’s trade between 1864 CE and 1957 CE. In 1864 CE, the German traveler Rufus visited the area and provided information about the volume and nature of trade in the town.
