Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور ممارسات ادارة الموارد البشرية في تحسين جودة حياة العمل بالمؤسسات حالة الصندوق الجهوي للتعاون الفلاحي بخميس مليانة وتعتمد هذه الدراسة على جمع معلومات بالاعتماد على الاستبانة الموزعة على 50 عامل بحيث حللت البيانات الإحصائية بالاعتماد على برنامج (Spss V25) ولاختبار الصدق والثبات استخدم معامل الفا كرو نباخ ولاختبار الفرضيات استخدمت نتائج الانحدار الخطي البسيط ولتحليل النتائج اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. بعد التحليل توصلنا إلى وجود تاثير لممارسات ادارة الموارد البشرية على جودة حياة العمل بابعادها. The study aims to identify the role of human resources management practices in improving the quality of work life in organizations cas of the Regional Fund for Agricultural Cooperation in KhemisMiliana. This study relies on collecting information based on a questionnaire distributed to 50 workers. The statistical data was analyzed using the program (Spss V25), and to test validity and reliability, the alpha coefficient was used. To test the hypotheses, the results of simple linear regression, and to analyze the results, we followed the descriptive analytical approach. After the analysis, we concluded that there is an impact of human resources management practices on the quality of work life in its dimensions.
