رأس المال الفكري كآلية لتحقيق أداء جامعي متميز -دراسة حالة عينة في مدارس القطب الجامعي بالقليعة-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير مكونات رأس المال الفكري (رأس المال البشري، رأس المال الهيكلي، رأس المال العلاقاتي) على أبعاد الأداء الجامعي المتميز (الجودة، الأبحاث العلمية، خدمة المجتمع) في مدارس القطب الجامعي بمدينة القليعة، حيث تم تصميم استبيانة لهذا الغرض ووزعت على عينة تتكون من 40 مفردة، ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم الاستعانة بأدوات التحليل الإحصائي متمثلة في نماذج الانحدار البسيط والانحدار المتعدد، ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها: وجود تأثير معنوي إيجابي متوسط بين مكونات رأس المال الفكري والأداء الجامعي المتميز. The objective of this study is to identify the extent to which the components of intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, relative capital) affect the dimensions of outstanding university performance (quality, scientific research, community service) In the schools of the university pole in Koléa. A questionnaire was designed for this purpose and was distributed to a sample of 40 individuals. To test the hypotheses of the study, statistical analysis tools were used, such as simple regression and multiple regression models. Among the most important results that have been reached: a moderate positive effect between the components of intellectual capital and outstanding university performance
