أجهزة الدعم والمرافقة ودورها في إنشاء وتطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على موضوع دور أجهزة الدعم في إنشاء وتطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وذلك من خلال التطرق الى أهم هيئات الدعم والمرافقة التي استحدثتها الدولة الجزائرية لدعم هذه المؤسسات . ومن بين أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: ساهمت مختلف هذه الهيئات والآليات في دعم و تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومرافقتها في مختلف النشاطات بهدف توفير مناصب الشغل وإمتصاص البطالة التي تساهم في التنمية الإقتصادية والإجتماعية. This study aims to shed light on the issue of the role of support agencies in the establishment and development of small and medium enterprises, by addressing the most important support and accompaniment bodies introduced by the Algerian state to support these institutions . Among the most important results reached: The various bodies and mechanisms contributed to supporting and financing small and medium enterprises and accompanying them in various activities with the aim of providing jobs and absorbing unemployment that contribute to economic and social development.
