Résumé: ملخص: يُسلط هذا المقال الضوء على النشاط السياسي والعسكري لعلماء المالكية في مصر والشام خلال العصرين الأيوبي والمملوكي، من خلال الأعمال الرسمية التي مارسوها كتقلُّبهم في الخدمة السياسية والمناصب المتعددة العليا التي أفضت بهم إلى التعامل مع مجتمعهم وخدمته، فضلا عن انتسابهم للجيش في بعض الظروف، كل ذلك أبرز –بوضوح- الحضور المالكي على الصعيد السياسي والعسكري . ونشاط علماء المالكية في مصر والشام خلال الحقبة المحددة أعلاه، لم يقتصر على الأعمال التي هي من صميم اختصاصهم كتعلم العلم ونشره، وإمامة الناس في الصلوات وغيرها، بل تجاوزوها، حيث تفاعلوا مع قضايا الأمة، فحفظت لهم كتب التاريخ مواقف مشرِّفة، وسجلت أسماءهم بماء الذهب. :Abstract This article sheds light on the political and military activity of the Maliki scholars in Egypt and the Levant during the Ayyubid and Mamluk eras, through the official actions they practiced, such as their volatility in political service and the various high positions that led them to deal with and serve their community, as well as their affiliation with the army in some circumstances, all of that The most prominent - clearly - Maliki's .presence on the political and military level The activity of Maliki scholars in Egypt and the Levant during the period specified above, was not limited to the works that are at the core of their specialization, such as learning and spreading knowledge, leading people in prayers and others, but rather they exceeded them, as they interacted with the issues of the nation, so the history books preserved honorable positions for them, and their names were recorded in gold . water
