الدور الوظيفي الديني لعلماء الدين من المغرب الأوسط بمصر وبلاد الشام خلال العصرين الأيوبي والمملوكي ( 567-923ه/1171-1517م)

Résumé: يُسلط هذا المقال الضوء على الدور الوظيفي الدِؐيني لعلماء المغرب الأوسط بمصر وبلاد الشَؐام خلال العصر ين الأيوبي ( 567-648ه/1171-1250م)، والمملوكي ( 648-923ه/1250-1517م)، حيث ساهمت هذه الأقلية إلى حد كبير في إثبات حضورها الفعلي داخل مجتمعات لا تنتمي إليها، بتوليهم عدة مناصب دينية كالتدريس والإمامة والخطابة وممارسة القضاء وفق مذهبهم المالكي، وقد اعتمدت على المنهجين الإحصائي والتحليلي النقدي لجمع المعطيات الإحصائية الخاصة بعلماء الدؐين من المغرب الأوسط الَؐذين انتقلوا إلى مصر وبلاد الشَؐام خلال فترة الدراسة والعمل من أجل تحليل ونقد المادة العلمية ووضع تفسيرات مناسبة للنتائج التي تم الحصول عليها. ومن بين هذه النتائج التي توصلنا إليها ABSTRACT : This article sheds light on the functional religious role of the scholars of the Middle Maghreb in Egypt and the Levant during the ayyubid (567-648AH/1171-1250AD), and Mamluk (648-923AH/1250-1517AD) eras, as this minority contributed greatly to establishingits actual presence. Wi communities to which you do not belong, by assuming several religious positions, such as teaching , imam, preaching, and exercising the judiciary according to their Maliki docttrine, I relied on the statistical and critical analytical approaches to collect statistical data on the art scholars from the Middle Maghreb who moved to Egypt and Levant during the period of study and work in order to analyze and criticize the scientific material and develop appropriate explanations for the results that were obtained, among these results that we reached : that the scholars of the Central Maghreb achieved great status in the religious carrer field, and their influence was clear, especially in the religious positions they held, which represented an assessment of the scientific and intellectual level that these scholars had reache, and this influence was evident on public life in Egypt and the Levant.
